In order to speed up the construction of high-level science and engineering universities and the cultivation and transformation of innovative achievements, China Israel Exchange arranged 22 Executive Deans of Colleges of Science and Technology in Foshan University went to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for study and training from October 14 to October 27, 2017.
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem has made outstanding achievements in the cultivation and transformation of innovation achievements, and tailored a unique training program for Foshan University - combined with theoretical lectures and visits to demonstrated Israeli innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and mystery from the perspectives of Israel's development history, geopolitics, natural environment, religious culture, military service system, education system, science and technology orientation, and corporate culture etc.

During the two-week study, visit, exchange, and discussion, under the guidance of professors and entrepreneurs, the trainees must understand all aspects of Israel. The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the highest institution in Israel, has made outstanding contributions and achievements in the cultivation and transformation of achievements. They combine the needs of different fields, stand in different azimuths, and cultivate talents with the most flexible teaching mode and management methods to make them apply.

Find Gaps， Benchmarking
Through a comparative analysis with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Foshan University can learn from the successful experience of cultivating and transforming in innovations, find gaps and gain enlightenment.
Consul General Nadav Cohen said that Guangdong is the most active province in cooperation with Israel, especially the major universities are striving for the resources of well-known professors in Israel. He hope that in addition to the exchange of visits by faculty members and students, there will be further substantive cooperation, such as, the Israel Innovation Technology Center was built to attract Israeli professors to participate in research work and to integrate with the industry to industrialize Israel's innovative technologies in Foshan.
Thanks to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for the careful preparation of this course. Every detail is pursued throughout the course, and the teachers and staff who teach the class show a very high level of professionalism and creativity, allowing the students to feel professional, rigorous and warm throughout the course.
The study in Israel is a dialogue between the wises. China-Israel Exchange will continue to work hard to contribute to the cooperation between universities in both sides.
